Questionnaire and kick-off meeting
To understand how your studio works, who you want to speak to and what kind of projects you want people to ask you for.

Client portal
You can see at any moment what stage the project is at, what's left and what you need to review.

Two rounds of revisions per stage
Enough to fine-tune everything calmly, without the project dragging on for months.

Responsive website with basic SEO
It looks good on your phone, it has Google Analytics and it's built so people can find you on search engines.

Your first project uploaded
I upload the first one with the project template and send you a video tutorial so you can add the rest of your work yourself.

2 weeks of support
They start once the final 50% is paid, for any bug or question that comes up once the website is live.
Good to know
Hosting and domain, first year
The first year of hosting and the .com domain are included, and from the second year on the renewal is on you. You provide the photos and texts for the website.
This is how New Build is split up, while Renovation goes straight into the website design and takes 5 weeks.

You fill in the questionnaire and we meet so I can get to know your studio.

Direction
Weeks 1 and 2
I present two different creative routes and you choose where your brand is headed.

Identity
Weeks 3 and 4
We develop the complete brand, the guidelines and your everyday stationery.

Web design
Weeks 5 and 6
We design the website with the brand already approved, so there's nothing to redo.

Development and delivery
Weeks 7 and 8
We build the design into the site, upload your first project and hand it over fully working, tutorial included.
Payments
Both packages are paid in USD in 2 parts: 50% to start and 50% on completion. The two weeks of support start once the final 50% is paid.
Extras
Having me upload more projects for you, social media templates, a construction site sign or a second language version of the website are quoted separately.
Timelines
The timeline holds as long as your feedback arrives within a week. If it takes longer, the calendar shifts so the rest of the projects don't get rushed.
What if I need something that's not in the package?
We add it as an extra and I send you the price before we start, so the package stays the same and you know exactly what you're paying for.
Can I do just the identity?
Yes, write to me and we'll talk it through, although for a studio what works best is having the brand and the website come out together and speak the same language.
What if I don't have good photos of my projects?
We work with what there is, and renders work too. We only show the best and what you want people to ask you for, and if needed I can recommend architectural photographers.
Do you work with studios outside Argentina?
Yes, we work remotely with studios in Argentina, Spain, Uruguay and beyond, and the whole process happens online.
