Ornela Cillo is a graphic and web designer who has been working independently for more than ten years. In that time she has designed brands and websites for over 100 clients from Argentina, Spain, Uruguay and the United States, and in 2025 she brought all that experience together in LIS. Creative Studio, her visual identity and web design studio in Rosario, which today works with a team of collaborators for architecture and interior design studios, a conference venue in Barcelona and a youth digital culture festival in Spain, among others.

Besides designing, she teaches: she created online courses so women entrepreneurs can build and sell through their own website, she has given masterclasses and live sessions on branding and design, and on her YouTube channel she publishes tutorials, like the one on how to create a landing page with artificial intelligence.

Alongside that she created Lunch Empresarial, a networking event for professional, entrepreneurial and creative women that has already had two editions: the first in Funes, together with Florencia Massaccesi, with whom she had co-founded the Conecta con Nosotras community in 2023, and the second in Rosario, in November 2025.

In 2024 she received a scholarship from the Academy for Women Entrepreneurs (AWE), the program for women entrepreneurs backed by the U.S. Embassy, in its SMART edition in Rosario, and she gave the speech on behalf of the graduates. Every Monday she writes Planta Libre, a design and architecture newsletter for studios, and she hosts the podcast En voz alta (both in Spanish).
